PPM Forecast

You can use the PPM Forecast feature to automatically generate all the work orders for a contract up to the end of its term on the first run of a PPM schedule. With forecasting, there is no preview period for PPM work orders.

1. Go to the PPM Builder (Admin > PPM Manager > Create PPM (or edit an existing PPM)).

   The PPM Builder opens to PPM Details.

2. Enter the Start Date and End Date for the PPM.

   These dates should correspond to the contract term dates.

3. Go to the PPM Schedule.

4. Set the PPM Preview Option to Contract Preview Periods.

5. Set PPM Preview Forecast to Forecast.

6. Enter all other necessary information for the PPM and Save.

   Work orders for this schedule are all generated at one time on the first run date.
